Things you need to know for your concert visit …

Hygiene and safety regulations

We are very happy to welcome you again!
Your safety is our top priority! We make sure that all necessary hygiene measures are taken. Please help us to ensure that your concert visit remains safe for everyone.

CURRENT regulations

With the 14th Bavarian Infection Protection Measures Ordinance, which came into force on September 1, 2021, it is permitted to occupy all seats in the hall again.
mask is required in the entire building and also on your seat (FFP2 or medical surgical mask). In addition, proof of one of the “3 Gs” (tested, vaccinated, recovered) is required.
We ask for your understanding that our preventive measures – especially the thorough 3G checks – will take considerably more time at the entrance.

Please inform yourself proactively about the current regulations before your concert visit, as they can change at short notice.

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you to observe our hygiene rules:

BUYING TICKETS

BUYING TICKETS

All tickets are sold subject to change, since the state government may alter its restrictions on the number of concertgoers at any time. When you purchase your tickets, your contact details will be collected for recontacting purposes. Please note that as the purchaser of the tickets, you are obliged to be able to name the visitors to the event at any time and to provide their contact details (name, address and telephone number or mail address) on request. Please also forward these visit instructions accordingly to the concert visitors / your accompanying persons.

FACE MASKS

A mask must be worn when entering and leaving the venue and for the entire duration of the concert. It is mandatory to wear a medical mask or an FFP2 mask. In exceptional cases certified by a doctor, visitors are exempt from the mask requirement. Children under the age of six are exempt from the mask requirement.

Duty to provide proof

Concert attendance is only possible for persons who are vaccinated, recovered or tested. Please have the following documents ready when you enter the building:

1. Official photo ID

2. One of the following proofs in paper or digital form:

  • negative result of a PCR test, max. 48 hours before the start of the concert,
  • negative result of a PoC antigen test, max. 24 hours before the start of the concert,
  • Vaccination certificate proving complete vaccination protection against COVID-19 (from 14 days after final vaccination with a vaccine approved in the EU)
  • in case of a past COVID-19 infection: proof of positive PCR test result, which is at least 28 days old and not older than six months
  • For children and adolescents, a Schülerausweis/Schulpass, Schulpass with regularly registered tests as part of school attendance is sufficient as proof of testing.

Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the above verification requirements. If, however, clear symptoms are present, e.g. cold, fever, etc., a test is required.

No self-tests performed privately are allowed. In case of typical COVID symptoms, the concert can NOT be attended. The same applies if the visitor had contact with an infected person within the last 14 days.

An up-to-date list of testing centers in Munich can be found at www.muenchen.de.

ADMISSION

Please allow enough time for admission and the necessary 3G check. Admission begins 90 minutes before the concert starts. We kindly ask you to arrive at the venue as early as possible, but at least 30 minutes before the concert starts.

KEEP A DISTANCE

SEATING

Your ticket assigns you to a numbered seat and informs you how to reach it. Please adhere to these. We will gladly help you find your seat at the concert. This is mandatory for contact tracking.

Keep a distance

Always keep a sufficient distance from others throughout the venue and upon entry. Therefore, check your tickets: If you are seated in the middle, please take your seats early. If you are sitting on the edge, please wait until the row is filled.

HEALTH HAS TOP PRIORITY!

You bear responsibility for your own state of health. Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to attend our concerts if you feel ill. Your health and the health of the entire audience takes precedence.

Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly with soap, or use the disinfectant dispenser in the foyer.

Before your concert you should proactively seek information on current official regulations. They can change at short notice.

TRANSFERRING TICKETS

In exceptional cases tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the new concertgoer enters all of his or her personal information in a printed form. Click here for the relevant form and for further information.

Latecomers can be seated in free seats located at the sides of the back rows, if available. Should this prove impossible because all the side seats are occupied, latecomers will unfortunately not be admitted to the concert, and their ticket prices will not be refunded.

VIOLATIONS OF HYGIENE RULES

Unfortunately, those who fail to observe the above-mentioned rules of hygiene cannot be admitted to the concert. Here, too, their ticket prices will not be refunded.

Despite the restrictions, we wish you a wonderful concert experience and look forward to seeing you!
